PURCHASE PROCEDURE
1 / The
Seller issues FCO with full banking details as well as Seller's
signature and stamp;
2 / The
Buyer countersigns, stamps and returns back FCO to the Seller;
3 / The
Seller issues Draft Contract to buyer open for amendments;
Upon acceptance of Draft Contract, Buyer and Seller execute the
Contract;
4 / The
Buyer signs and returns the Contract and both parties lodge
contracts at their respective Banks;
5 / The
Buyer's bank issues Pre-advise of SBLC to the bank of the seller
accordingly to the verbiage giving by him;
6 /
Within Four (4) days after receiving and accepting the Pre-Avise of
the
contract, the Seller sends to the Buyer through their
Electronic email
any 3 of the Partial POP as clearly indicated below, for
verifications;

PARTIAL PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP):
Proof of product shall include all of the following
documents:
# Copy
of Approval to export issued by the energy ministry
# Copy
of Statement of Availability of the Product.
# Copy
of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
# Copy
of License to export, from the energy ministry
# Copy
of the Pipeline Commitment to transport the product to the port
of
loading
# And,
Deal Passport.
8 / The
Seller will also send their Commercial Invoice (CI) for the
First Trial Shipment of the First Monthly Shipment, as may be
agreed.
9 / The
Seller will then ask the Buyer to Issue SBLC MT760 to Seller’s
Subsidiary
Company Nominated Bank for Verification of Buyer Fund
SBLCMT760.
10 /
After a Successful Verification of the Buyer Fund SBLC MT 760,
(maximum of 7-10 Banking days) the Seller Bank will send to the
Buyer Bank FULL POP AND 2% of the Performance Bond (PB) to
activate the Buyer Bank, Payment Instrument.
11 /
Within seven (7) days after Proof of Product verification, SBLC MT
760 sent and Confirmed, and 2% PB sent by the seller to activate
the Buyer Fund Banking Instrument, Seller and Buyer will meet in
the Seller’s Office to sign the Contract Hard Copies. Once
the
contract Hard Copies is signed, the Seller will provide the
remaining
Proof of Product which shall include the following documents:
•
Copy of the port storage agreement
•
Copy of SGS report
•
Copy of the charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to
discharge
port.
•
Copy of Revenue receipt.
The full set of Proof of Product documents will be annexed to
the
contract hard copies.

Shipping begins as per the contract, Loading Documents sent to the
Buyer and the payment will be effected as stipulated in this
contract.
13 /
Each Party hereto will bear its respective banking costs/charges
